Refund information 08/05 Evening

Ticketholders who purchased their tickets online at the BNL Internationals website, or at https://ticketone.it, or through Call Center 892.101- will receive a refund automatically on the same payment method used, at the time of purchase without the need to make any refund requests.

Refunds will be issued net of presale and service fees.

Cancellation and refund proses will start on May 20, 2024 and can view the re-credit from June.

Ticketholders who purchased their tickets at an authorized point of sale will have to apply for refund from 20/05/2024 to 24/06/2024 at the TicketOne website accessible at the following link CLICK HERE

Ticketholders who purchased their tickets at the official box office at Foro Italico in Rome, must send their ticket(s) by post, with advice of receipt, from 20/05/2024 to 24/06/2024.

In accordance with Art. 7 D.M. of 13/07/2000, in order for the refund request to be considered valid, it will be necessary to send the admission ticket(s) to:

The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer in your favour upon receiving the original tickets. Please include your bank details (IBAN and ACCOUNT HOLDER) in the envelope containing the tickets.
