Disabled persons with a minimum disability percentage of 74 percent and severely handicapped persons will be able to purchase tickets for the Internazionali BNL d'Italia 2024 with a reduced price about 70%, until the number of seats reserved for them is exhausted.

Each session has an adequate number of seats available, but they are limited.

For each session, each disabled person may purchase a maximum of one ticket for himself and one for a personal assistant.

The purchase can only be made online on our official website, following the instructions below.

HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE

STEP 1 - REGISTRATION

Registration is required for each user. For persons under 18 years of age, please register in the name of the person acting on their behalf.

Press the "Login" button and then New User.

Complete all required fields. Tick the box to accept the privacy policy and press 'Registration'.

Log in.

Select the session you are interested in.

The reserved sectors for Central Court events are Italian Open Club Nord Even, Italian Open Club Sud Even and Odd; for the Grand Stand Arena they are West Tribune and East Tribune.

Ground tickets can only be purchased at the ticket offices at the entrance of the venue as they do not have a limited availability.

Fares reserved are " Ridotto Diversamente Abili" (Reduced for the disabled) and "Ridotto Accompagnatori" (Reduced for personal assistants, in case it is needed).

Select the seats of your interest, and once added to the cart, complete the purchase by Credit Card. Your tickets will be sent to the email you entered during registration.

STEP 2 – RULES FOR ACCESS TO THE VENUE AND DOCUMENTATION

On the day of the event, purchasers shall be responsible for producing, at one's request from the stewards, badges or documentation proving the actual disability. This documentation must be shown at the entrance and at each ticket request, otherwise they will be denied entry or banned from the venue.

STEP 3 - Request for dedicated accommodation (Optional step)

Once you have completed the ticket purchase procedure, by clicking on the link at the bottom you can register and inform the Organisation of your specific mobility and assistance needs: filling in the form punctually is not compulsory but facilitates the planning and organisation of the Reception: the latter is taken care of by a dedicated Team of receptionists who will be present for the duration of the event.

The data requested in the form, which will be used exclusively for the purposes described above, will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.
