People with disabilities, with a minimum rate of 74% and those with severe disabilities, both certified at the time of purchase and at the time of entry, may purchase tickets for the Internazionali BNL d'Italia 2025 at a reduced price, until the number of seats reserved for them is sold out. Disability certification must be shown at the time of purchase and at the gates of the event.
An adequate, but necessarily limited number of seats are available for each session.
For each session, each person with disabilities may purchase a maximum of one ticket for himself and one ticket for a companion.
Tickets for the Central Court, the Grand Stand Arena and the Supertennis Arena can also be purchased online, while those for the Ground can be purchased exclusively at the ticket offices at the entrance to the facility during the days of the tournament.

The reserved sectors for Central Court events are: Italian Open Club North Even, Italian Open Club South Even and Odd.
The reserved rates are "Reduced Disabled" and "Reduced Companions" (in case it is needed).
Registration is mandatory for each user. It must be done in the name of the person with a disability. For those under 18 years of age, make the registration in the name of the person who is their legal guardian.
Press on the "Login" button and then New Customer.
Fill in all required fields.
Check the box accepting the policy on personal data processing and Press "Registration".
Make the Login. (In case you already have an active account, do Login directly with the credentials in your possession)
Select the ‘Disable people’ item
A banner will alert you are entering the section for the sale of Disabled Persons and Companion tickets. (In case you want to exit the restricted section, press the appropriate button in the banner and return to the generalist sale of the Campo Centrale sessions).
Select the session and seats of your interest, and once added to the shopping cart, complete the purchase according to the payment methods available on the site.
At the conclusion of the purchase process, tickets will be sent to the email you entered during registration.
On the day of the event, the purchaser must show upon request from the ticket inspector, badges or documentation proving actual disability.
The documentation must be produced at the entrance and at each ticket request, or they will be denied entry or removed from the venue.
“Accompanying” ticket holders must necessarily enter the venue together with the disabled person they are accompanying (disabled person must have purchased a ticket dedicated to disabled persons) or they will be denied entry or removed from the venue.
Once you have completed the ticket purchase procedure, by clicking on the link at the bottom you can register and inform the Organisation about your Dedicated Mobility needs: filling in the form punctually is not compulsory but it facilitates the planning and organisation of the Reception: this is managed by ad hoc trained personnel who will be present from 7 May until the end of the competitions.
The data requested in the form, which will be used exclusively for the purposes described above, will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.

The Dedicated Accomodation service is an optional and completely free service and is set up to pursue the objectives of Accessibility and Participation, which the Organisation considers to be the founding values of the event.
