Upgrade procedure information
Below the procedure for Upgrading one or more tickets that you have already purchased for the Internazionali BNL d'Italia 2025:
- Access your account by login (enter your e-mail and password)
- Access the reserved area. Click on your name and surname at the top right and select ‘My account’
- In the section ‘My account’, click on ‘My orders’
- Select the order of interest and click on ‘Your tickets’
- Click on ‘Upgrade tickets’
- A pop-up window will open where you can select the seats to be upgraded. Click on the check box next to each ticket
- You will now see the available events shopping page. Select the event you are interested in: it is important to know that at this stage, inside only sectors with a higher price than the one previously purchased will be visible, but not those with the same or lower price
- After selecting and editing one or more tickets, proceed to the check-out phase. The total amount to be paid will be visible in the shopping cart, which will indicate the total amount less the amount previously paid
ATTENTION:
- It is not possible to Upgrade tickets that have been purchased on the Ticketone.it website and Sales points. The Upgrade is only valid for purchases made on the website ticketing.internazionalibnlditalia.com
- It is not possible to use a season ticket to upgrade
- It is not possible to use a ticket to upgrade a subscription
- This procedure can be carried out up to 15 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket
