Upgrade procedure information

Below the procedure for Upgrading one or more tickets that you have already purchased for the Internazionali BNL d'Italia 2026:

  1. Access your account by login (enter your e-mail and password)
  2. Access the reserved area. Click on your name and surname at the top right and select ‘My account’
  3. In the section ‘My account’, click on ‘My orders’
  4. Select the order of interest and click on ‘Your tickets’
  5. Click on ‘Upgrade tickets’
  6. A pop-up window will open where you can select the seats to be upgraded. Click on the check box next to each ticket
  7. You will now see the available events shopping page. Select the event you are interested in: it is important to know that at this stage, inside only sectors with a higher price than the one previously purchased will be visible, but not those with the same or lower price
  8. After selecting and editing one or more tickets, proceed to the check-out phase. The total amount to be paid will be visible in the shopping cart, which will indicate the total amount less the amount previously paid

ATTENTION:

  • It is not possible to Upgrade tickets that have been purchased on the Ticketone.it website and Sales points. The Upgrade is only valid for purchases made on the website ticketing.internazionalibnlditalia.com
  • It is not possible to use a season ticket to upgrade
  • It is not possible to use a ticket to upgrade a season ticket
  • This procedure can be carried out up to 15 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket

THIS PROCEDURE INVOLVES A SERVICES FEE OF €15.00 FOR EACH UPGRADE TICKET.
