Our frequently asked questions are often the quickest way to get the help you need. They will give you the answers to a wide range of questions

- Central Court ticket (morning session): you will have access to matches on the Central Court (the first main numbered court) for the morning session and to all secondary courts;
- Central Court ticket (evening session): you will have access to matches on the Central Court (the first main numbered court) for the evening session. If you wish to access the venue earlier, you must purchase a ticket for the morning session;
- GSA (Grand Stand Arena) ticket: you will have access to matches on the GSA Grand Stand Arena (the second main numbered court) and to all secondary courts;
- SuperTennis Arena ticket: you will have access to matches on the SuperTennis Arena (the third main court, not numbered) and to all secondary courts;
- Ground ticket: the ticket grants access to the Stadio Pietrangeli and secondary courts.
- Access will be allowed about an hour before the time indicated on the game program available on the official website the day before the event.

- No, access is allowed only for the session you are purchasing. Should you wish to access the facility earlier, you must purchase a Ground ticket.
- No, the name of the purchaser is indicated on the ticket but the tickets are NOT personal, they are bearer securities and therefore can be transferred. Tickets purchased with a discount for FITP Members may only be transferred to other members who hold a valid FITP membership card.
- The availabilities are those displayed on the website, we do not know if and when there will be changes.
- Purchasing a Season Tickets for a particular court allows access to all sessions scheduled for that court and the Ground courts. There are no other formulas.
- Central Court, GSA (Grand Stand Arena) and SuperTennis Arena: infants within their first year of age may enter free of charge without a ticket; after their first birthday, you will need to purchase a ticket for the court you want to access
- Ground: children up to 6 years of age may enter free of charge without a ticket. After the age of 6, you will need to purchase a Ground ticket
There are no age-related price reductions.- Minors under the age of 14 must necessarily be accompanied by an adult both to enter the facility and to access the main courts; both the minor and the adult must have a regular entrance ticket.
- After payment, the ticket will arrive within a few minutes at the email address registered on the ticket website. If you do not display the tickets purchased, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
- If your account registered on this site is already linked to a FITP card, you will not be able to purchase Premium Hospitality packages. This is because these packages are not included in the specific promotions reserved for federation members.

From there you can forward them to the email address you used when you registered.
- Tickets are non-refundable / changeable, but not being nominative, they are transferable. Tickets purchased with a discount for FITP Members may only be transferred to other members who hold a valid FITP membership card.
- There is no official resale service or channel.

- The order and time of play is published on the official website of the event.
- It is not possible to predict who will play, when and on which court. The order of play is published, after the conclusion of the night session, for the following day.
- The time and order of play are published the night before the game. The time on the ticket is for reference only.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict the length of a tennis match.
- Ticket offices open approximately one hour before the start of the first match scheduled in the daily program.
- You can leave the court but not the venue, once you leave the Foro Italico you can no longer return with the same ticket.
- The price of the Ticket will be refunded by the Organiser, exclusively if none of the Trainings or Matches scheduled on the Field and in the session indicated on the Ticket take place on the day indicated. In any case, the User has no right to a refund of the cost of the Ticket (nor to its replacement) in the event that the Trainings or Matches for which the Ticket was purchased take place, for technical-organizational or meteorological reasons, in the scheduled day but at times or at Camps other than those initially planned.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue. Only certified service animals (guide dogs) are permitted.
- No, the ticket is valid for one access only.
- Game times and schedule are subject to change due to technical or weather conditions. No refunds will be provided.
- There will be no refund of the ticket or a voucher/ Gift Card for another purchase.
- Subscribers to the 2026 edition at the Central Court will be able to exercise their right to renew their subscriptions under the following conditions:
From 25 May 2026 to 16 July 2026 it will be possible to confirm the same seat purchased for the 2026 edition - Spectators with disabilities with a minimum percentage of disability of 74% and people with severe disabilities can purchase tickets at a reduced price, up to the availability of the reserved seats.

- For the reduced rate, it is necessary for each FITP Member to register and buy their own tickets. In case the FITP member is a minor, the parent/legal guardian can then register with his/her e-mail, but associating the FITP card, name and social security number of the minor.
