- Which courts do I have access with ticket I purchased?
- Central Court ticket (morning session): you will be able to access the Central Court matches of the morning session and all secondary courts except the Supertennis Arena
- Central Court Ticket (evening session): you will be able to access the Central Court matches of the evening session. (If you wish to access the venue earlier, you must purchase a ticket related to the morning session).
- Grand Stand Arena ticket: it will be possible to access Grand Stand Arena matches and all secondary courts except Supertennis Arena.
- Supertennis Arena Ticket: will be possible to access the Supertennis Arena matches and all secondary courts.
- Ground ticket: it will be possible to access all secondary courts only, but not the Supertennis Arena. - What time can I access the site with my ticket for the morning session?
Access will be allowed about an hour before the time indicated on the game program available on the official website the day before the event. - What time can I access the site with my ticket for the night session?
Access will be allowed about an hour before the time indicated on the day program, subject to the conclusion of the day session, in this case the entrance will be postponed. - I bought a Central Court ticket for evening session. Can I access to the Ground of the morning session?
No, access is allowed only for the session you are purchasing. Should you wish to access the facility earlier, you must purchase a Ground ticket. - Are the tickets nominative?
No, the name of the purchaser is indicated on the ticket but the tickets are NOT personal, they are bearer securities and therefore can be transferred. Tickets purchased with a discount for FITP Members may only be transferred to other members who hold a valid FITP membership card. - I don't see availability on the website that I'm interested in, is there other openings?
The availabilities are those displayed on the website, we do not know if and when there will be changes. - What does Season Tickets mean and what does it include?
Purchasing a Season Tickets for a particular court allows access to all sessions scheduled for that court and the Ground courts. There are no other formulas. - Are there any discounts for children?
- Central Court, Grand Stand Arena (GSA) and Supertennis Arena: within one year of age you can access without a ticket; after one year of age you will need to purchase a ticket for the court you want to access.
- Ground: within 6 years of age can be accessed without a ticket. After the age of 6 years it will be necessary to purchase a Ground ticket. - Minors, do they need to be accompanied by an adult?
Minors under the age of 14 must necessarily be accompanied by an adult both to enter the facility and to access the main courts; both the minor and the adult must have a regular entrance ticket. - The tickets have not arrived, how can I get them?
If you have already checked that you have not received them even in your junk/spam mailbox, you can find them in your reserved area on the site. - I will not use the purchased ticket, can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable / changeable, but not being nominative, they are transferable. Tickets purchased with a discount for FITP Members may only be transferred to other members who hold a valid FITP membership card. - Can you resell my ticket?
There is no official resale service or channel. - Can I also enter after the session has started?
Yes, you can enter at any time, subject to game times. - Where can I find today's program?
The order and time of play is published on the official website of the event. - I would like to see... In what court/time and day he/she will play?
It is not possible to predict who will play, when and on which court. The order of play is published, after the conclusion of the night session, for the following day. - In what time do the match start?
The time and order of play are published the night before the game. The time on the ticket is for reference only. - How long does a match last?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict the length of a tennis match. - If I leave the venue, can I re-enter?
You can leave the court but not the venue, once you leave the Foro Italico you can no longer return with the same ticket. - What occurs in case of rain?
The price of the Ticket will be refunded by the Organiser, exclusively if none of the Trainings or Matches scheduled on the Field and in the session indicated on the Ticket take place on the day indicated. In any case, the User has no right to a refund of the cost of the Ticket (nor to its replacement) in the event that the Trainings or Matches for which the Ticket was purchased take place, for technical-organizational or meteorological reasons, in the scheduled day but at times or at Camps other than those initially planned. - I can't attend all the matches, can I give the ticket to another person who will see the ones I don't see?
No, the ticket is valid for one access only. - The program has been modified, can I get a refund?
Game times and schedule are subject to change due to technical or weather conditions. No refunds will be provided. - I arrived late, when I entered the match was almost over, is there a refund?
There will be no refund of the ticket or a voucher/ Gift Card for another purchase. - I purchased a Season Ticket for the last edition, do I have the right of first refusal for renewal?
Season Ticket holders for the 2024 edition will be able to exercise their right of first refusal as follows:
- from July 12, 2024 to September 18, 2024, it will be possible to confirm the same seat purchased for the 2024 edition.
- from September 23, 2024 all unconfirmed Season Ticket seats will be available for public sale. - Are there any reductions for the disabled persons?
Disabled persons with a disability rating of at least 74% will be able to purchase tickets at a dedicated price, subject to availability. For each session, each disabled person will be able to purchase a maximum of one ticket for him/herself and one ticket for personal assistant.
Central Court and Grand Stand Arena (GSA) tickets will be available online.
Ground and Supertennis Arena tickets can only be purchased at the ticket offices at the entrance of the venue. - I am a FITP Member, can I take benefits of FITP discount as well as another promotion?
The promotion dedicated to FITP Members cannot be combined with other promotions. - We are a group of FITP members, can we purchase tickets using the discount dedicated to us collectively?
For the reduced rate, it is necessary for each FITP Member to register and buy their own tickets. In case the FITP member is a minor, the parent/legal guardian can then register with his/her e-mail, but associating the FITP card, name and social security number of the minor.
